For Jorge, dance has always been about connection. After years of performing professionally throughout the United States and abroad, he discovered that the most meaningful moments weren't found on stage—they were found in the quiet, unforgettable moments shared between two people.
What began as choreographing a first dance for a friend quickly became a calling and, ultimately, the inspiration behind Yours Truly Dance.
Today, Jorge blends the artistry and discipline of a professional performer with a calm, personalized approach, creating first dances that feel elevated, effortless, and intentional. Every lesson is thoughtfully tailored to each couple, allowing them to step onto the dance floor with confidence, authenticity, and the freedom to simply enjoy the moment.
Because at the heart of every dance isn't perfect choreography—it's a story worth remembering.
Jorge was a fantastic teacher and choreographer! We went in thinking we would just take a few lessons on some basics but we were so impressed with his choreography we decided to have him do a full dance for us and we loved it. He also was very accommodating to our abilities with the choreography and actively changed things through our sessions to make us more comfortable, but he still pushed us to learn new moves to the point where we could nail them. Jorge is also an awesome person and just fun to be around. Our first dance at our wedding got a ton of compliments, and it will now always be a highlight and a special memory. Thanks Jorge!

We cannot recommend Yours Truly Dance enough! Our first dance was one of our absolute favorite moments at our wedding and that’s all thanks to Jorge. We had a song picked out but had no idea how to create a seamless dance routine. Jorge met with us to get an idea of the vibe of our wedding as well as our chemistry on the dance floor. He created a storyline for our dance, choreographed, and took on the challenge of teaching my husband and me to dance. We could not be more thrilled with the results!
